CHARTER BOARDS Rental services and spare parts will be provided by the Company Windsurfer Europe Srls that will be authorized by the OA (Albaria ASD) to use a dedicated area, in compliance with what will be allowed by the competent national and local authorities.
The Albaria Organizing Club disclaims any direct and indirect involvement and responsibility on the rental service provided by the only Brand that Cobra was able to involve to offer the rental and spare parts assistance service on site for the 2022 World Windsurfer Championship. Other Windsurfer LT Brands may be involved under the same conditions as Windsurfer Europe srls, subject to authorization by Windsurfer Europe srls. Communications from Windsurfer Europe srls: Available Charter Boards are limited. Requests must be done no later than July 7th .
DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY, A REQUEST MAY OR MAY NOT BE CONFIRMED Priorities will be managed based on travel distance and on date of request.

The board will be delivered at the regatta venue starting from – 4/10/2022, 10am, and shall be returned no later than 9/10/2022 at the end of the event. It will be requested a damage deposit of 150€ and copy of an ID document. Deposit will be returned once the board is returned clean and with no damages. Damages will be charged according to list price. *** CANCELLATION POLICY *** within September 4th, 2022: full refund from September 5th, 2022 to September 18th, 2022: 50% refund Competitors requesting a charter within July 7th, will receive an email by July 15th with CONFIRMATION or REJECTION of the request. In case of confirmation, they will also receive a payment link to finalize the charter booking (payment to be completed within July 31st).
The liability of the Commercial Company, in case of impossibility to provide CONFIRMED rental services for reasons not attributable to it, will be limited to the reimbursement of the rental shares possibly already received. No responsibility can be attributed to Windsurfer Europe Srls for rejected requests.
To maximize the overall partecipation, the OA will encourage all the European Competitors, where possible, to come with their private boards or ask to their National Association to arrange private boards transportation.
